Woman Arrested For Unarmed Robbery

According to Lieutenant Timothy Jones of the Londonderry Police Department, on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Londonderry Police were dispatched to Memorial Drive for a report of a robbery.
The reporting party, Eric McCann, indicated that a white female attempted to rob him and two of his friends. The suspect was described as a white female, wearing a pink tank top and dark sweat pants. She was further described as having her hair in a pony tail, Jones said.

The victim reported that the suspect appeared to be intoxicated.
“Officer Tim Moran, having previous knowledge of a female that lived in the area that matched the description, went to 46 Harvey Road to attempt contact with person he had in mind. While at the address, he made contact with the female that he was seeking,” Jones said.
Officer Moran reported that the female, identified as Kristy Brunet, 31, 46 Harvey Rd. appeared to be intoxicated. She was wearing a pink tank top and dark pants. She was also wearing her hair in a pony tail.
Brunet denied any involvement with the attempted robbery. The victims were ultimately shown a photo of Brunet, and she was identified by the victims. “An arrest warrant was written and signed,” Lt. Jones said.
Brunet was later arrested and her bail was set for $30,000 cash. She was arraigned on Sept 9 at Derry District Court.
